Chef patron Shaun Ellis is well known for warmth of his welcome and the excellence of his cooking. There is a range of tables for relaxed informal bar eating or the more formal restaurant features smartly laid tables, soft lighting and an elegant stone fireplace while mouthwatering dishes make inspired use of the finest produce from local and sustainable sources. The bar serves a range of drinks and traditional ales - the perfect place to relax in comfort and catch up on the day's activities with friends.
Lunch is served daily between 12.00pm until 2.00pm. Sunday Lunch is served from 12pm until 3.00pm and Dinner is served between 6.00pm and 9.00pm.
Outside is a large, peaceful garden overlooking the canal with stunning views over the local countryside and ample, private car parking.

Had Sunday lunch will the family Lovely setting next to the canal,with a children's play area,nice for a walk after lunch.
Visited this pub twice whilst holidaying in the area . Owners were so welcoming and as for the food .
Stopped off for a bite of lunch and weren't expecting such an awesome, spectacular feast!
We called in on a bike rod and probably looked a bit scruffy and muddy, the staff were super friendly and helpful.
2 day trip to the Brecon Beacons. Hiking the Pen-y-Fan and Cribyn from Cwm Gwdi. Stayed at the Coach & Horses in Llangyndir. Great location, accommodation and food very good.
